Keepmoat Homes are proposing to deliver 46 new, affordable homes at Farington Mews South, on land to the south of Bannister Lane and to the east of Flensburg Way in Leyland. The homes will include a mix of housing types at different price points to support renters and first-time buyers purchasing their first home.
As part of our plans, we are reaching out to the local community to seek your feedback on our proposals.
Our community consultation will run from Tuesday, 23rd July to Sunday, 4th August and will include a live public webinar on Thursday, 1st August which you can sign up to here.
